Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Unless stated otherwise, most products require up to 3 weeks to be made. After production, items take an additional 5–6 days to reach our facility before being shipped to customers. Processing times may be faster during lower order volume.

Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Peakline is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim. Keep all damaged items and packaging materials until the claim is completed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid upon delivery. For U.S. orders, any tariffs or import fees charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection must be paid by the customer. Peakline does not cover or reimburse these charges. Delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control. Packages returned, held, or discarded due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds. Please contact your local customs office before ordering if you have questions.

UPS Shipments

For U.S. orders shipped through UPS, all duties and import fees are billed directly to the recipient. Peakline Clothing does not pay UPS duty fees on behalf of customers.

Refund & Return Policy

Return Requirements

to qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With tags
  • In original packaging
  • Supported by a valid reason for return

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

All return shipments must be sent to the same address the order was originally shipped from.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Restocking Fees

Refunds processed before shipment incur a $4 USD restocking fee. Orders over $200 incur a 10% restocking fee.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Peakline Clothing is not required to accept exchanges after this period unless the mistake was on our end.
